Privacy policy

Last updated 30 September 2026

This policy explains what the Nasstec Airnet Networks website (nasstecairnet.net) does with information about you. The website is run by Nasstec Airnet Networks (Pvt) Ltd, with offices in Sialkot and Sambrial, Punjab, Pakistan.

What the contact form does

The form on this website does not send anything to us or store anything on our website. When you press "Send on WhatsApp", your name, number, area and message are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own phone or computer. Nothing reaches us unless you send that message yourself.

If you send it, we receive it in WhatsApp, like any other message. WhatsApp's own privacy policy covers how WhatsApp carries it.

What we do with a message you send us

We use your details to reply, to check whether our service reaches your area, to arrange a survey or installation, and to support you as a customer. We don't sell your details or share them for advertising. We share them only with the people and systems we need to serve you, or when Pakistani law requires us to, for example a lawful request from the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority or law enforcement.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping duties, then delete them.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies unless you agree to analytics. If we switch on Google Analytics, the website will first ask whether you accept it. Only if you press "Accept" does Google Analytics load and set cookies to count visits and show which pages are read. We don't use advertising features. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Your answer to that question is saved in your own browser (in local storage, not a cookie), so we don't ask again on every page.

Technical logs

Like every website, ours is served by a hosting company (Hostinger). Their servers keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used to keep the website secure and working.

Fonts, images and links

The website's fonts and images are served from this website itself, so loading a page doesn't send your details to font or image services. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook and LinkedIn take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them where we are not required to keep them. Write to or message us on WhatsApp at 0333 8639094.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging internet service. We don't knowingly collect details from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
